Looks like you already have some good upgrades. I'd say the Palmer Stabilizer won't steer you wrong, but adding a stock really enhances the ergonomics (if you prefer stocks, that is).
If you are seriously considering a SAW stock, I'd have to say stay away from Tapco. Though I'm sure there are many people who would disagree with me, the fact that my Tapco stock required extensive modification in order to come even close to fitting my A-5 (I never got it to work entirely) turned me off from it. If you don't mind modding your new stock to work properly, I'd say go for it, but I hate spending my money on a product that doesn't even work without me having to extensively modify it.
As for the stock iron sight areas, a good sight rail will help to cover up those areas.
UMS has the Short Striker Rail that would help to cover/fill up the front sight area, but it is pretty expensive.
