Ok, I've gotten this gun and loaded it with improvements as I've needed them. Stock plastic bits like the powertube and ratchet broke, so I replaced them with metal parts. I'm trying to eliminate all parts that can break in this gun.


Palmer brass coming tomorrow.

Internal mods for this gun include polished internals, JCS Redhot powertube, TechT Vortex Mod. Everything else is visible (PPS Stabilizer, A5A2 stock, Lapco Snapshot, Remote)

My mask is a VForce profiler and my tank is a PE 68/4500. I run remote from a Redz FlexTech 4+1 (+2) pack.

Not a huge fan of the male stab because of it's size, but other than that I like it! Plus it's function over fashion any day in my book.

I think you need some sort of foregrip to accommodate that stock. Other than that its a nice setup.

nice looking gun! deff need a foregrip.. i think i would find myself grabbing onto the regulator. knowing my luck i would break it off!!!!

I use the stabilizer as a foregrip, it's quite easy. I don't think it's worth it to buy a forgrip, or get the weird look of having the stock foregrip on.

...And a Stabilizer will NOT break off. PPS makes good solid products, and aluminum or whatever it's made out of doesn't just break.

Nice set up, Painting it all in urban digi camo now and your there. How do you find that stock with your mask? Does it interfer?

Of course it interferes, but what can you do? I have yet to find a good looking stock (don't say Dogleg) that doesn't interfere with a mask. But it's down to a minimal, and my kills went way up. Snapshooting from the low ready position (marker pointed down, stock on shoulder) is a breeze, and I just send off a burst which sends the opponent scampering for a bunker, or off to the dead-box.

I don't want to send off thirty bucks for a foregrip when I have a solid grip right now...

took the words out of my mouth. i love those stocks gives it a realism to the A-5 and there super light.i would make it an air kit and call it a day. it has the holes for it
