Well instead of just posting new pictures of my A5, I thought I would show the phases it has gone through. It has actually gone through more, I just don't have pictures of all of them.

First is my attempt at a tigerstripe paint job. I should have added another color to make the tigerstripe look better, and the green turned out to be a little bright. I also had a stock on that setup I just don't remember what kind.

Then I decided to do my P90 mod that some of you might remember. And now I have the MP5 SD look, I have always liked the way it looked and wanted a change. I am usually not a fan of bolt on mods, but I think it looks pretty good and there is also a lot of function built in. I'm thinking about putting some foam or something inside the mock suppressor to see if it will quiet it down some.

Yeah I had thought of that, but I got the shroud, stock, and mag used on the spec ops forum for a great deal. So I may do it later if I feel like putting more money into the gun. Or I could probably put a stabilizer in the mag for around the price it would cost to buy the mag and new tombstone. But the good news is the gun is already cut to accept the tombstone because I used to have an A5A2 kit on the gun way back when.

I disassembled the mag you have. I dont think You would be able to fit a stabilizer in there. The Tombstone area is a long block of aluminum and where the nipple is, is also a block of aluminum.

I like the P90 mod. What kind of trigger system did you have in there? I imagine an e-grip would be a hassle inside that shell.

I used a bar that linked the P90 trigger to the A5 trigger. It made the trigger pull kind of stiff, but it wasn't that bad.

Where can you get that P90 shell?

A lot of times people use shells from airsoft guns.

omg If only I had that P90... I guess it takes a lot of skill to be able to mount the A5 inside an airsoft shell like that...
