Re: Gun 'uncocking' after short bursts?

Well, I fully opened the inline stab as far as I think it could safely go (I'd take it off if it wasn't such a pain.) and I loswered the other to about 700. I fired full auto for a good minute, at 12 bps, and not a hitch til it ran out of air!

however, I was inside my house, and the temperature was good. So, I think the suspicions of temperature and recharge were correct. HPA.... I wish for thee.

(There is one store within 30 minutes of my house (drive) that does HPA.)

The hole in the ASA was too small. It would only uncock after I bought my stab and with a remote line. I know it sounds crazy but, swapping out ASA's fixed it. Like I said I'll post picks when I get home. My gun works great at about 650 psi.

Re: Gun 'uncocking' after short bursts?

Hey

I've had this exact same problem with a new A5, and a 1.1ltr 4500PSI HPA tank, with a decent reg.

My problem was that i had simply slightly overtightened the rear A5 screws during assembly.

Panz:.

Re: Gun 'uncocking' after short bursts?

Here is the problem I had. As you can see the one on the left is from an older A-5. Then one on the right is from a newer one. It was causing the exact same problem. The gun would shoot 5 or 6 times and then I would have to recock it. Only with a remote hose though. With the bottle on the gun it was fine.

Re: Gun 'uncocking' after short bursts?

My gun has started this as well.
Only when it has to cycle rounds tho.
Dry firing and it is usually spot on.

Very strange.

I run on hpa, only thing I have ever done is polish the internals (wish I didn't)
Egrip is only upgrade gun wise.

Re: Gun 'uncocking' after short bursts?

Mine occasionally still continues the problem, but only on faster then single mode. I can click away as fast as I want, and no problems. But, if I go any faster then say, 8 BPS on ramping, auto, or whatever, it uncocks.
