i cant seem to get the valve out of the powertube lol.

EDIT: You can also use the eraser end of a pencil to push out the Valve by pushing the Pencil through the Power Tube's "neck"

Just sorta push it out lol...i had this same exact problem the first time i took my gun apart. I would look at those power tube and valve maintenance videos or the walk through that pure excess has thats what i used when i made a thread pretty much exactly like this lol. Good Luck and welcome

Ok... I have found out what the matter is. Seems as i am a noob i pushed the metal thing on the end of the power tube and it popped out and all the o-ring were inside where the tombstone goes in so i wasnt sure why it wouldnt going in. Seeing one of your videos i saw that you needed to take the ting out and put the washer than the o-ring. Well what i was doing was putting the o-ring in where the tombstone goes silly me.

What are your top 10 recomended upgrades? I alredy have x7 hopper, tac, remote line and shoot hpa not co2.

I find that a tongue depressor works well for seating the washer and oring into the front of the valve.

Do you have any Cyclone Upgrades? I would recommend the TechT upgrades. A new Ratchet is Mandatory if you are shooting over 10BPS. Squishy Paddles will keep breaks to a minimum if you ever get e R/T or E-Grip. The QEPH if great for more speed, and the Rod is fine if your stock one broke.

Techies Hopper padding is a very nice addition to an X7 hopper if your looking to quiet the rattling in your hopper.

Are you still using the Stock barrel? It tends to be fairly inaccurate at best. Almost any after market barrel is better than the stock barrel. I personally prefer Special Ops C-Series Line-up, but Lapco and J&J also make excellent barrels.

If you are in the market for a stock you won't find a stock that is easier to use than the Dogleg stock. For pure performance this stock is at the top of the list. It allows you to look strait down the sights or directly through a Red Dot. There is also no need to get a riser or offset for your sight when using a Dogleg stock. The Air-Thru is definitely worth it if your already going remote.

Must Upgrades come down to personal decision so it's best if you live in an area were you can try something before you burn over $100.

EDIT: If you get the Cyclone Upgrades, (especially the Ratchet) you will need some good Lube to keep everything nice and slick. I use Pure Lube & it has been serving me well. Get it here: Pure Excess Industries

okay, i am also new to tippmann, ive only had "speed" type guns before....but i originally had the same problem when i took my a5 apart to clean it. I had no prob putting the washer then o-ring back in but after i do and put everything back together, i figured id hold my finger over the small hole on the asa and blow through it to see if it leaked air at all. when i blow in it you can hear it inside the gun, like its leaking or something. is that normal? or do i have to hook air up to it to seal everything again? its a brand new gun, ive only played with it once so far...so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated

That O-Ring and washer can fall out terribly easy, if you press the hammer against the valve when re-inserting the bolt & valve assembly.

Then you need to take it all back out...
