okay, i am new to tippmann, ive only had "speed" type guns before....when i took my a5 apart to clean it, i put the power tube back in,i never took the tube apart, but after i do and put everything back together, i figured id hold my finger over the small hole on the asa and blow through it to see if it leaked air at all. when i blow in it you can hear it inside the gun, like its leaking or something. is that normal? or do i have to hook air up to it to seal everything again? its a brand new gun, ive only played with it once so far...so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated

I would try gassing it up. It should take quite a bit of pressure to seal the Valve.

when i cock it and blow in it it doesnt make any sound, but uncocked its like im blowing air straight through the gun...

well, what you described is what the markers doing so, tomorrow ill put some air to it and see if that fixes the prob...it just had me worried, new marker and all....thanks

yeah I was having the same experience with an expansion chamber once... I finally just stuck my A5 behind a couch & aired it up via remote, lol.

It didn't explode or shoot off so all's cool.
