Re: Resonse trigger or E-grip

hmmm if thats the case you might just want to look at getting a good double trigger and walk it. Once you find the "sweetspot" on the RT it is going to turn into a full auto.

Re: Resonse trigger or E-grip

ever since weve had a big shooting here the government has decided to put strict laws on fire arms and paintball is seen under that category here by them, in order to own a marker you need a class A shooters licence, which also lets you have handguns, rifles and shotguns which i think is a bit stupid, but soon they are introducing a P licence which should hopefully ease up the regulations on it, it sucks because when i used to live in sweden i was able to play all the time, but then i moved here at the age of 16 and ive had to wait 2 years to be able to play again, here you have to be 18 to play, but luckily my birthday is on wednesday so a long wait has come to an end

the words I am thinking can not be posted on a public forum.. I will say this though; My government can have my firearms when they pry them from my cold dead hands......

next they will be charging us on the air we breathe. I mean I can understand the age limit, but comparing a marker to a real life firearm is a bit too far

Well they kinda do, its called an estate tax or a death tax. they tax us for things we leave behind, so everything we have worked for (breathed in the process) they are getting their final cut.

The age limit is semi-understandable but to classify a paintball marker as a true blue firearm is stupid....

Re: Resonse trigger or E-grip

I am glad i live in the USA man, sorry to hear about the aussies strick rules. Here is my 2 cense on the rt or egrip if the gun laws were more lacks. I would go egrip. You could go a couple ways. Buy an egrip with the w.a.s board in it for $85-$100(depending on how much you search) and probably have issues. The second and better choice, but a little more spendy. Go to tippmannparts.com, buy the egrip bag o parts(its a complete egrip minus board) and also buy the ape rampage board from them. that board is a heck of a lot better and more reliable than the w.a.s I know I use one and its easier to use and have had not problems. You'll spend about $50 more that way, but you will be better off. But with the strict laws you guys currently have, and the rt being a border line addition. get a good double trigger and do the spring mod for now.

Re: Resonse trigger or E-grip

yeah, these strict laws are really getting on my nerves, but i guess once it gets recognized more as a sport theyll ease up a bit, Australia is a bit isolated from the rest of the worlds, thanks for the feedback dude, i appreciate it, im probably just gonna get a egrip that is legal here, do they come in double trigger or single?

Re: Resonse trigger or E-grip

I know at my local fields we get away with the rt because of a technicality of one pull one shot(kinda like bump firing an ak or ar.) I'm not sure if that loophole works for you guys or not. I have an e-grip and have only been able to have fun with it in my back yard but have found my own loophole. The e-grip is pretty sensitive and with the q-tip mod I read on this forum and a jsc double trigger combined with a little recoil I can bump fire and or walk a very heavy stream of paint. At least more than my wallet would prefer. bottom line if they allow an rt you will get more bps than you will get from a semi e-grip. That being said, I still enjoy the custom trigger feel I have set up on my e-grip.
