Just bought ape board help please

I think anytime there is no input the board remains in off/standby mode. It actually maximizes battery life. There are actually very efficient boards compared to some....

Even thou it does not have an off button, it is not really "on" until you use it. It is not using power when its idle.

The power reacts similar to a wireless mouse or keyboard (at least the MS ones). When not in use it will default to standbye mode.

It turns itself off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Just follow the instructions to go in/out of programming mode. Directions are also online on thier site.
