Just bought ape board help please

I just got the ape board today and when I try to install it into the grip it doesnt fit to well on the lower back side near the capicator. Does anyone else have this problem? I am not rreally sure how to make it fit any better as there isnt really anything in the way that would be blocking it from fitting in properly.

Re: Just bought ape board help please

Just re-installed mine (back from reflash). The only thing that could really impede it is the wiring being in the way of a proper seating.

That is always the most annoying part for me.....

Could you post some pics of your issue? It's kinda hard to imagine what your seeing. What happens when you put the grip together? Does it bind up?

Re: Just bought ape board help please

Pics are always good!

As I was putting mine back together tonight, I had a similar situation. I thought I had the wiring figured out and it turned out that I had to rotate the noid almost 180 degrees to get the wiring out of the way. There is very little room to play with in the grip...........

Re: Just bought ape board help please

Ok i got it to fit now. How to you use it though. How do you turn it off though. It doesnt say in the manual nor does it say how to turn it on. I press the button and then it just slashes and goes to programming mode. How odo i just turn it on to regular mode that you would play in? Also how do i turn it off?

Re: Just bought ape board help please

There is no on/off switch. To change modes you momentarily press the button. To enter programming you hold down the button until you get the flashing lights.
