hi all
here's my dumb noob question. I have an A-5 with a regular stock grip, and I'm thinking about upgrading to an e-grip with WAS board, or a rampage board. to get these, do I need an e-grip already? or can i just plug them in to my existing stock grip. i know it's a lame question, you can have a free shot to my nuts if you ever see me on the feild.

You will need to get what is called an Egrip. The following sites will sell egrips and/or egrips with Rampage boards already installed:

How can you tell the difference?

If you take your current handle appart, you will see a half cylindrical space near where the trigger goes. That is one of the differences. This is where the response trigger goes.

A few things:

• The stock grip supports the R/T, but e-grip internals will not fit. They must be purchased along with new grip halves (as Aerophyte mentioned)

• The above pic, however, is a Model 98 grip.
