Super R/T kit

I’ve seen the kit on Tippmannparts.com for the Super R/T kit. I’m actually thinking about going for this, but I do have one question.
It says that I need to have a little extra hose to connect everything up right. I have about 15’ of macro line left over from a previous project. Can that be used, or do I need to use the rubber hose they’re showing on the site?

Re: Super R/T kit

Probably measure the inside diameter of the macroline and see if its 1/8 inch?

Adapter for 98 with Cyclone Feed and RT

It's for the 98, but they say it'll work for the A5 with the extra line.

Ya the kit will work on the a5, do you have a pic of the macroline you have? Or a link?

Re: Super R/T kit

nah, the line was from a friend at our local shop. we needed some, so he gave us a roll. i'll go look at it and see what it's specs are.

So, as long as it's 1/8" ID...it should work?

Re: Super R/T kit

I think so. The barbs on the banjos are 1/8.

Re: Super R/T kit

macroline is much "stiffer" than the "microline". Evan though it's the same size it won't stretch over the barbs let alone stay sealed with pressure. I just went through the same situation... looked for the microline everywhere. Just spend the extra $2.10 for the 3" piece.

Re: Super R/T kit

Question. Is the Super R/T just a R/T with bigger macroline?
