Grrr Response trigger problems

I just recently got a response trigger of fleabay!
suppose to be working and its not
could be user error

First question is there suppose to be a o-ring between the flow controller and the connector nut?
i cant find a good pic to tell and the instruction show alot of 0-rings but cant see one there

well if i turn it all the way the trigger does become really hard to pull good sign

but once i loosen it it sounds like i releasing pressure and when i pull the trigger 3 more times it starts getting harder and harder each pull i loosen more and no pressure pull 3 times and harder

i now have the flow control valve barley holding on maybe two more turns and it will fall off its really loose

i can feel the trigger but its not kicking my trigger to reset it i have to let go and press down again

with the flow control being that loose at times it does get hard to pull the trigger and when it does i can move it side to side (not turning it to adjust to) and i can hear gas escape and then its not hard to move the trigger till i pull a couple more times

i really think the problem is the 0-ring on the flow control valve but i have never used a working r/t so i dont know what to look for except for viewing videos on utube and mine fires nothing like theres

I hope someone can understand what i am saying because im lost on what to do

also if anyone knows where i can find a better manual or a tutorial with nice clear pics of setup please let me know

Re: Response trigger problems

Use the force... er... the search function, there is a ton of threads on r/t tuning in this here forum doo-hickey, and remember "Washer first then the o-ring"

djblade17

here is a link with detail pics of the RT, should answer your question of where the orings should be. Understanding the R/T worse case sounds like your flow control valve needs to be replace. Hope this helps.
