Mechanical Solution for 30BPS+ ROF trigger

I got a question:

How many of you would be interested in a trigger and grip kit, allowing a selective fire of safe, semi, and auto, relying only on mechanical action and capable of at least 25-30 BPS- no electronics and no blowback gases involved?

How much would you be willing to pay? Specs would be stainless steel or aluminum trigger, or perhaps just polymer, also available with a double triggger; the grip is dynamically contoured polymer with a selector switch and also able to accept soft rubber grips like the Ergo Sure Grip ( link if you've never seen an Ergo Sure Grip:http://www.yankeehillmachine.com/store/slings.html)

I'm only asking because I already have a method and design to accomplish this, but would like to see how people would respond to it before I have it manufactured a large scale. My guess is that you wouldn't have to pay more than 80-90 bucks for it and all the materials will be quality and the product will actually work.

I think it's BS that Tippmann didn't come up with something like this because it's such a simple concept. They just want you to buy worthless upgrades later on instead of incorporating into the gun a simple mechanism that allows full or semi auto without electronics, batteries, gas, etc. The E- grip has some practical application because it allows you to choose burst mode, but if you have a trigger that would allow your A5 to shoot at rates up to 30 BPS (or more: have not tested yet) without electronics and blowback gas, could you compromise the burst mode by simulating it with brief trigger pulls?

Re: Mechanical Solution for High ROF trigger

I know I would be interested in a such a grip. I really like the idea of not having a battery and the abillity to switch between full and semi-auto fire without having to program the grip (WAS board). But like most, I'm sure, I am skeptical.

Re: Mechanical Solution for High ROF trigger

because I haven't seen it (design or actual product or reviews) I am skeptical as well. If it works like you say it will it would be like the R/T without having to spend hella time to tweak it.

I would also be interested if the price was in fact in the range you posted.

I'll believe it when I see it. After I see it and believe it, I will buy it.

Ahhhhh, OF COURSE!!!! damn why didn't think of that, i've been trying to figure out how this is even possible but of course! i did that by accident with my dragun, only it went through air too fast for my system to keep up with it. thanks Death_Dealer you just solved my hour long head ache.

that said, i'm still very skeptical, possibly even more so if sear manipulation is how this works, due to increased wear and a number of other issues. But for 80-90 bucks I'd go for it, after of course, its been put through its paces.

Re: Mechanical Solution for High ROF trigger

I would definitely buy this product. If it is reliable and at a practical price
for a recreational player, like myself.

The only real thing stopping me from getting an e-grip/RT is the possible frustration with batteries and tuning.

But, I'll be on the skeptic side until I see this product in action. Good Luck!

Re: Mechanical Solution for High ROF trigger

Except that in a blow back marker, without any control of the sear, you'll chop paint like a mofo, even for a short burst. And I can't see how that couldn't happen without an electronic, or pneumatic means, to reset the sear.

Re: Mechanical Solution for High ROF trigger

I'm really happy with my APE E-grip, but I am curious, I must say I would have to see proof that a system like this is viable and reliable... and if so I may purchase it.
