| Re: RT question Upgrading the paddles isn't neccesary unless you're having frequent ball breaks. The Ratchet should be upgraded if you're getting a R/T. With the increased rate of fire, your plastic ratchet will wear down pretty quick. The TechT Vortex Ratchet will definitely stop any problems that a plastic ratchet would cause before they should become a major problem.

| Re: RT question For me I needed the paddles due to where I play. Skirmish has a reputation for breaking balls in the winter. They actually tell their players not to use an A-5/ flatline in the winter due to the ball breaks. I thought the problem was with the flatline but it was in the hopper. Changed the paddles and haven't got a ball break yet. Tech T ones. I put some left over paint in the freezer and went out on a 30 degree night. I was good to go. That's just my 2 cents.

| Re: RT question Quote:
no. I've put tens of thousands of rounds (at least 20+ cases) through my stock Cyclone on R/t and have never had a cyclone feed break. (but then again I was using marbalizers exclusively - they are like .68 rocks.)

| Re: RT question I upgraded my cyclone internals a few months ago. I have been running an R/T for years, and converted to Super R/T the same time I did the cyclone. I didn't HAVE to upgrade, I just did to make sure that I wouldn't have any issues down the road. It is something that I would seriously recommend looking in to, but not mandatory. |
