Has anyone had problems getting a response from them. I've had troubles with my egrip since the reflash. The few times I have contacted them, they take forever to respond then when they do, it just says to try something that I've already done. This last time was the same case. I sent a email, they responded with try this and that, which I did. I emailed them back and haven't gotten a response. That was 2 weeks ago. I just sent another to them. Long story short, I really don't think that this is good customer service.
I would really like to send the board back to them and let them trouoble shot it, but everytime I mention it, it just gets ignored and I'm told to try something else. If anyone has a number that I can reach them at, it would greatly be appreciated. I really love the board from the few times that I've gotten to use it, but now this is getting old. Maybe its just me, but that is why I'm asking. I'm not gonna go into the problems here as I've researched it over and over and its beyond me. Please don't pass jusdgement on them because of my rant. I believe that they are a good company and I'm just having bad luck with them. Again, if anyone has a number so that I can contact them directly, it would be appreciated.

have you tried actually calling them, when you call places you actually get to talk to the guy/gal that techs things instead of Becky in shipping with her list of possibilities sheet that she just copies and pastes from

They have not been in shop the past 2 weeks, as they were attending some big games, I know because I ran the APE guys on my team last weekend

No, I have not called them. I can't find a number anywhere. If someone has it, could you please give it to me so I can call them.

they dont have a phone number which it sucks and i also think that their customer service kinda sucks too, i been having a problem with my board and i email them and i get the same thing you did try this and that and this and that has not fix my problem.

When I had problems with my e-grip, I thought their customer service was top notch. They always responded back to me and we went back and forth for a couple weeks. Eventually, I just sent them my entire grip (frame, trigger, and board) and they tuned it for me at no cost. I was very happy with their support.
