E grip selector switch problem

Hi guys, I need some help. I have an A5 with an E Grip - the problem is whenever I shoot on auto (even response mode) the selector switch moves from auto (FA) to semi auto (F). For it to stay on full auto I have to keep my finger on it. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

Re: E grip selector switch problem

I had the same problem, Take it to a shop or get a new switch, they sometimes dont have a tite tolerence from the factory. I replaced mine with a new one and it fixed the problem.

Its the HE Egrip I take it? I have an issue like that. I've always wanted to drillva hole on the other side a put a screw and washer there but haven't gotten up the nerve to do it yet.

Re: E grip selector switch problem

I am from South Africa so trying to get a new selector is rather difficult. I've also tried putting an o-ring or something around it to make a tighter fit. A small screw in the flat end might expand it enough to make tighter fit. Not sure if I want to try that!
