I'd have to say that the best move is to seek immediate cover, and then play the role of "heavy", whilst sending in your team to make the kills...

Of course, it's not guaranteed that your "rental" players are n00bs, some might their own guns, but weren't planning on playing that day, or down for maintenance, etc...

And if they are n00bs, then giving them the chance to flank and make a kill is a serious ego boost... Could be a great way to make sure that your team has fun.

I'd like to think that Paintball has less to do with ensuring victory, and more to do with making sure people have fun.

That said, I'm already starting to look at tactics on the paintball field, and the chance of getting a consistent team together is looking good.
