It looks like flanking them while sqad covers is winning. The way I play, my marker setup and the abilities of my friends amount to me putting down alot of paint (i have an egrip -my field allows full auto, and super accurate 14" palmers) while my squad moves in. Then I run in and shoot everything that moves!!
