| Re: war gear paddles make me chop yea, I just installed a set of wargear red paddles. As I was tightening the screw (hold the paddles, tighten screw), I noticed the axel must have slipped inside the paddle. Instead of a finger blocking the feed port it was past the port. I loosened the screw and realigned on to the axle. I don't know... if tightening the screw can turn the axel inside the paddle....well what's to keep it from slipping under fire. Is this really a problem? I think so. Is there a fix or is this just really a pile of crap we are being sold? |

Your tightning the screw too much....operator error, chances are you have a finger in there to "hold" the paddles in place while you tighten, and are trying to screw in too much, just go till it stops, if your screwing is turning the ratchet, and your finger is in there, its going to spin on the paddles |

| Re: war gear paddles make me chop I know when there's over tightening. It"s not "user error". I ended up taking the bottom plate off and hold the axle from the bottom to keep the axle from turning. I'm NOT cranking down on the screw. You can hold the bottom of the axle and VERY easily move the paddle around the shaft. Not really spin around it but move it an eigth of a turn. Seems like the material at the shaft is to soft. |
