Lubing the cyclone

I read the excellent instructions on TechT's website:

http://techtpaintball.com/lighteningrodinstall.html

So I know the axle and ratchet need lubing with white lithium grease. Should I also lube the piston with grease? Anywhere else I should add grease?

Re: Lubing the cyclone

Just where the piston and ratchet meet, and where the ratchet. Use regular marker oil on the piston u-cup seal.

Re: Lubing the cyclone

Same thats what i do... I spray all the moving joints with white lithium and then normal marker oil on the ucup. you can also put a drop right into the piston so when u gass it up it will spread out a bit.

Re: Lubing the cyclone

Seems these guys have the best upgrades out there. Decent prices too. This will probably be my second upgrade that I will buy. Great info.
Later,

Re: Lubing the cyclone

Is there an easy way to disconnect the hose from the cyclone to the receiver?

It seems that no matter how hard I pull the thing just won't come off and I'm afraid of ripping the hose.
