Cylcone Tip - may help with misfeeds

I had installed the JCS Click ratchet and went out to try it out. I found that the was mis feeding 1/5 shots or so when the W.A.S. board is up at 20bps - Pamers QEV installed.

I toke off the cyclone and inspected all the usual things, every thing was fine. I did how ever notice that when i manually pushed the pistion, some times the ratchet would not go all the way back and 'click'. It toke an extra pull, or 2mm of stroke to complete the cycle. Or in other words, i needed a longer spring i thought.

I did not have one, so instead i toke it all apart again and reverses the cylinder plug. One side had a 2mm space for the spring. Reversing this puts more tension on then piston to return and bang problem solved.

If I am not clear, feel free to ask.

Part: Cylinder plug 02-64

I thought the short side of the plug was towards the spring anyway? So it gives you more kick to feed the ball.

Maybe it was, and i had put it back on the first time around. But in the manual it looks like the spring fits into the groove.
