| Re: Flatline and Paint matchups this is a great write up. i use to by my paint at walley world then i stared to buy from my local PB store but since i moved the local store is far timewise. i live in miami traffic sucks, and gas is high. so now i order about every other time i play b/c i do not need to go to my local store that much (120 blocks north 120 west) of my house to get to my feild (20 blocks south). pluse my feild only carries field paint it stinks. so i order from they check every case and i think their located in the south so from them i get the freshest paint. you sould see where the paint is made then bye the paint that is made closest to you if you live in florida oder florida paint it sits less if you live in Canada bye canadian paint it will work better. for the flatty i use draxxus or marbs. small bore thick shell those are the two things need by good flatline paint.

| Re: Flatline and Paint matchups I've always used Nelson HotSpot, and the place i buy it from (GanderMtn) sells the 2000 case for $24.99. Thats the only reason i buy it though... Its the cheapest i could find.

| Re: Flatline and Paint matchups This is a great post! Great info!!! We normally get the most out the Marbs when using the flatline. The price just went up on them and may be a little out range for most people, especially as practice or rec-ball paint.

I know what you mean with paintballs and shelf life. At my Local Wal-Mart the Visible Impacts seem to move really quickly, and the Sporting Goods Associate was also telling me about how popular they are and how fast they sell them, So I never have to worry with using "OLD" Visible Impacts. Also Wal-Mart Associate always Allows me to open the box and check for dipples and/or Broken Balls in the bags. I always make sure I ask them if they're fresh also. So make sure you check your paintballs before you buy them, most places will allow you to inspect the paintballs before buying. |
