Re: Short Solid Stock or Folding Stock

I'm probably too late, but I'd go with a short fixed stock. I just won a Core CQB Stock with built in RVA on ebay for only $20. Retail price is usually around $40-50. The same seller has another up for bid which ends in 4 days...

Re: Short Solid Stock or Folding Stock

I had a JCS folding stock for a Pro/Carbine. It never wobbled or anything. I think I've seen more CAR stocks wobble. The only reason a JCS stock would be doing that if the bolts would come loose. Never seen that either. I think a folding stock would be your best bet for both scenarios.

Re: Short Solid Stock or Folding Stock

I have an opsgear PDW folder on my a5 and it works great whether I am rushing in the high or low carry or trying to get small and work my corners in CQB...but I really dig that metadyne side folder...its a beaut!!

Re: Short Solid Stock or Folding Stock

I use the tapco t6, it works, its cheap (price), but the LOS is horrible given a choice i would have gone with a SAW air thru, but the price is way too much

Re: Short Solid Stock or Folding Stock

I love my CAR stock it's nice and light but vary hard. I had a problem with looking down my red dot sight but I fixed that by getting a off set sight mount so that I dont have to stuggle to look down the gun with my mask on.
