Re: A-5 or X7 ??

Stick with the A5. I would recommend learning to tune the RT, but if you really don't want to, buy the Egrip.

X7 is more just...fanciness, a slightly faster cyclone, and a sleeker hopper.

a) An A5 can be made even more fancy
b) TechT QEPH, 'nuff said
c) The LP hopper fits on an A5.

Re: A-5 or X7 ??

The X7 is just a slightly modified A5 with a selective fire grip. That's all. Everything else can be made the same or similar to. IMO, save your cash and upgrade your A5. You have a lot more options than with the X7 as of right now.

Re: A-5 or X7 ??

stick with the A5, most problems people have with their marker 75% of the time are just situational. Usually called by the "X" factor, whether it be weather, paint, etc..

I would consider that if it was only a one time occurance, though I have switched Paint, used different barrels, played in different weather....I use HPA so it shouldn't change that much.

Took my marker to the local pro shop to get it checked out, was told everything looks fine.

New marker is starting to look better and better.....lol

Re: A-5 or X7 ??

The X7 is more then a half a pound heavier and in my opinion it has a bulky and cheesey feel to it... but it does look pretty sweet when fully MILSIMed
