| Re: Whats the best oil/grease for the vortex mod? Yes, use the good ol' lithium grease, it's some nicely viscous grease...not to mention it is heat, water, and removal resistant.

| Re: Whats the best oil/grease for the vortex mod? I don't know if I'm repeating what they are saying, but use WHITE lithium grease. Other types are too coarse or whatever. Easily purchased at your local hardware or bicycle shop.

| well i used white lithuim grease on my vortex mod and it made the moving parts reallly nasty with alot of build up of black oil it wasnt too gummed up or anything but i bought sum paintball marker lube and drowned it in that stuff after i cleaned the black crap out of my vortex and it seemed to work better. |
