It all really depends on the size of your average game. I typically play against 4-5 people. The more people, the more rounds you will probably shoot.

I generally shoot around 100ish a game. I like playing the suppression / diversion role but most of the games I get to play in have few players and are over quickly.

500 to 600 per game. 2 on 2 ... 20 minute or less games. Paint is flying everywhere good thing it washes out nicely.

I carry enough paint per insertion to empty my 68/45 which usually equals somewhere between 1000-1400 paintballs depending on how creative I get with loading my pack. Whether or not I leave the field with any of that paint is entirely dependent on the other team.

for me, it depends.. how much paint i have, how long the games are, how broke i am...
i've had games where i haven't used a shot, i've had games where i haven't used a shot and made some kills (yay sneaky sneaky mercy kill), i've had games where i use less than a hopper, on average i use a hopper and 1-2 pods, but i've had games where i used my hopper, all 4 pods (need a bigger vest), three of one friend's pods, and two of another friend's pods... (they decided that they'd give me paint, i'd sling it, and they move up and take them out, i've move forward and they'd give me more, and rinse and repeat. was a fun game), ive had games where i decide to be sneaky and only use 60 shots (about 20 shots a kill... time for a barrel upgrade)

like everyone has already said it does depend on how many people are playing and the type of game you are playing
i havent really played a large game like 20-20 but for a typical game i may use 50-100 and a fairly large game i may use 150-200 or more if needed

When I use semi auto firing mode (one field that I play at does not allow anything else) I go through about a hopper. Sometimes a hopper and 1 pod.

At another field that allows full auto, I usually go through a hopper+1pod. I think the most I used ever is a hopper and 3 pods.

I voted 101-200,i love to spray paint,it's almost always to pin someone down to set him up for a flanking maneuver ,or just the intimidation factor

a lot... I'm usually laying down cover/suppressive fire so our "dagger" can get up field or gain attention so our sniper/ambush can sneak around a bit easier.
