I really have no idea what is wrong. I went to play and ended up with a cyclone hell of endless proportions.
I loaded up the hopper with balls, went over to the chrono and pulled the trigger. Nothing but air comes out.
I tried a couple more times, nothing happens. I figure the ratchet has gone so I open the basement of the cyclone up. Everything is in place.
Now i'm really confused so I take the hopper off. Worst mess I ever saw. For some reason the balls got pinched by the cyclone and exploded. I have no idea why, but every single ball got stuck, not a single one went through. I dumped out the paint, cleaned out the cyclone and put fresh paint in.
When I fired the balls that were in the cyclone shredded and poped sending paint splattering everywhere.

I thought it was pretty odd there was paint smered down the reciever and on the grip. You got me to read it all. Lol
