Assuming that the parking lot of most stores ISNT located in the middle of a paintball field.... What is so wrong about leaving the windows open? Don't you like the breeze? What if the air in the car was stuffy, after either being driven or parked in the sun all day? The last I remember, babies need to breathe and stuff...

My wife hates guns. I am the proud owner of a few. She was yelling about having them in the house now that we have a kid. I got off the couch, went into my room, into the lock-box, removed the trigger guard, put a loaded mag in it, cocked it, and set it on the living room floor (baby was sleeping in his crib). I sat on the couch, and continued watching my movie. The wife proclaims, "what the hell are you doing?" To which I answered, "waiting for it to jump up off the floor and kill someone."

I'm not really seeing this going anywhere. Aworthy direction may be what can be done to help prevent this form happening again, not ban everything.

This is a very sad incident that was caused by some idiot but I give mike at techpb alot of credit. I am a fan of his videos, and have been for awhile but he started a charity for the person that caught this. He raised over 800 dollars counting the 250 he added himself. He cares about the sport.

I personally do not think that anyone that is involved in paintball should apologize or offer any type of appeasement for crimes that are committed with items that are used in paintball.

The idiots that pull this stuff really can't be described as 'paintballers' as any idiot with a few bucks can pick up a cheap marker and paint up their neighborhood.

I think most sane people can make that leap of common sense. The problem comes from folks who have a chip on their shoulder about anything that resembles a firearm (or fun in general). They hold it up as an example of why society needs to ban something because 'someone' might do 'something' wrong.

Solution? Lock up the people that commit the crimes and tell the cry baby nay sayers that we're not quiting because someone decided to be a criminal. You can't ban stupid.

In response to my previous post... After reviewing it, you guys are right. I'm sorry for my foolishness. I was unsensitive, and I ask your forgiveness.

I have a bit of temper that I'm trying to learn how to control, and it makes me a bit like a landmine. No matter who sets it off, all involved get criticized. It's a great charicter flaw that I'm trying to be rid of. I'm sorry.
