This is disgusting news, carelessness at its worst. IMO, what we should do (in a perfect world) with these people, is make them stand at 50ft and shoot at them with a marker. Tell them "if you lose an eye, tough luck, so could have the child."

Just tried your link - I get an error message that says "Invalid Thread Specified". So I guess they nixed it.

Thank God the baby and mom are OK. The PB stores in the area need to take up collections for 2 things: 1) To send to the mom as a way of saying "Real paintballers don't do things like that - please let us help you through this in some way." and 2) as a reward for catching the ingrate(s) that did it - then take their pictures, put 'em on the 6 o'clock news, and embarass them out of the sport for good while assisting mom as she presses charges. And if they do get caught, call it 2 counts of assault instead of vandalism or whatever they usually file.

Firstly, hitting an infant with a paintball gun is absolutely terrible. Letting them spend 6 months in county lockup as a blowup doll would not bother me in the lightest.

On a side note, sounds like PaintballTechPB is getting his buttons pushed. Why would he waste his time on a forum like PBNation? Doesn't he know he's only gonna get pissed off at people that are socially and mentally immature? Sounds like he's spending his energy on things that don't need to be spent on.

you know,just because you can go out and buy paintball markers & gear doesn't mean you are a paintball player,it just goes to show you that any fool can get a marker but it takes a respectful,intelligent person to be a paintballer,I'm sad to see that yet again,because of idiots like that,we're getting a bad rep.
so keep this in mind and do your best to do good by the sport and hopefully the culprits will be seen as an aberration,not the norm.

Listen, i HEAVILY respect mike, and techpb. And appreciate everything that he tries to fix for this sport. AND I KNOW THIS TOPIC MAKES PEOPLE ANGRY! It makes me angry too! BUT... That video contains content that is not accpetible for this site... So unfortunately it must be removed... ( i know it sucks, i wish he would make censored for our enjoyment.)

These guys need to be locked up for a while, and taught that they shouldnt do things like this, even if it is for fun. I mean look at the consequences they hit a baby!

and Lord Odin, mike from techpb helps out ALOT, he's really good about this, he spends his energy trying to help out the sport of paintball, iv been watching his videos for a long time, and I urge you to watch some of his. He's been a great help for me and my friends.
