chl2onic, the folding grip feels not bad, it isnt smooth though, it has slots running down both sides - take a hot iron and blurr the lines to somewhat smooth, then take some hockey tape or some spray-on teflon and make it better.

to all, my next project is a replica of arnold schwarzenegger's Mr. Freeze gun. i have the blue lights for the gun, now i need to watch this movie over and over again until i can hammer out a sketch of it and do some tinbashing. i dont think it will end up a functional piece, more of a showpiece item.

also planned are several costumes for cosplay paintball - the Punisher (down to the white pods for skull teeth), Captain America (if i can find a red+blue speedball gun), Boba Fett and a couple others i need to flesh out still. i hope to start "the league of extraordinary paintballers" and have everyone ball in homemade/professionally done costumes. this is in its earliest stages yet. if anyone knows a place in Toronto that sells Storm trooper costumes, please let me know.

You know... with 4 lasers you could zero them in around your shooting pattern at like a 100 ft and have a shot to shot radius.... so when you know youre going to shoot alot it might help to see where the shot to shot radius is going to be. If you get what Im saying.

I dig the idea of the four lasers creating a target square. What about redoing the wires and running them through the shroud. Less danglies to get caught. If you aren't going to move them much, cut off the coiled wire and run straight inside.

eventually, yes, i will do that. the wires are so thin however, that it becomes difficult to mesh with larger straight or solid core wires. i would essentially have to run the same wires (24 awg braided) to a new switch location. for the time being, it is enough to have them meet at the foregrip.
