Re: Should I paint my mask?

I voted no. That mask looks AWESOME with the multicam. It is the perfect compliment to your gear. I wouldn't change a thing.

By the way, I have your post that outlines your multicam setup with links bookmarked. I'm slowly working up to the same setup. It ROCKS. I'm going to be your twin one day. :P

Hahaha! Thanks, pikeman! Please do! And learn from my mistakes...take your time to shop and find the best prices! I was in a hurry so I shopped from vendors that could get the things to me fast, so I paid more for each piece and for shipping.

All in all though, no regrets!

Re: Should I paint my mask?

No need to paint your mask, the colors blend in well with your camos. But your Tippmann may need painted, if your Tippmann was tan/light green it would blend in so much better with the rest of what you have.

Looks great!

Re: Should I paint my mask?

As the Beatles once said, "let it be". Well, I thought it was clever. But seriously, I would not paint it. It looks great already.

Re: Should I paint my mask?

I'd say yes, but when I saw how well it matches I say no. It matches nearly perfect, so I personally doubt the risk and time is worth it.

Re: Should I paint my mask?

I'm going to give you a break from my incessant multicam-related teasing, and say no. Don't paint it, it looks great as-is.

What would be great, though, is if you could somehow blur the transition between the tan and OD portions. Something like a fade transition, although I'm not really sure how you would do it.

Re: Should I paint my mask?

Hey Unrealist, you can josh me anytime since I do love Multicam and I make no bones about it.

But I think I am going to keep it unpainted. The fade transition would be good only if the paint didn't end up flaking off, which it will. I can probably do it with my Iwata airbrush to make it really fine...but like bm303 said, it's probably not worth the risk and time.

It's all or nuthin', baby!
