Lens care - I rinse with water. Maybe use a mild detergent. DO NOT USE GLASS CLEANER. The cleaner can remove the coatings on some lenses. I reapply a V-force antifog solution.

Strap care - just rinse with water.

Anything else that I can think of I will add later.

Can you use Extreme Rage Anti-Fog Spray on a V-Force Shield? I would imagine so, its doesnt contain anything that would hurt the lens...
