I need some input.... I've been debating for a month or two about a new mask to buy.... I can't decide whether to get the Save Phace Boo mask or the Vforce Grill mask... I like how the Save Phace is in multicam and that it's a fairly strong mask. However, I don't like the fact that so much of your jawline is exposed. Not too mention the fact that I've heard reports of pieces on them breaking. (Clips and lenses both) I like the mean look that the Grill offers and the fact that it's so flexible. The extra price over the SP isn't so nice however and I've yet to find out what the coverage is over the jawline in comparison to the SP. I'd also like to see how much of the forehead is exposed on this one as well. Looking at Deacon's photos it looks like a good bit I'd like to know for sure. (Who knows maybe Deacon's a neandrathal? hehehe just kidding Deacon!) But if you happen to own one or the other throw up your opinion and possibly pics to back up your opinion. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please note that I currently am using a Tippmann mask so almost anything is a step up!

Re: I need some input.... I'm w/ Poohbear, E-vents are definately the best choice.I have a digital camo mask. No fogging, very comfortable, very light, flexible, excellent coverage comes with 2 visors and a clear lens as well as a tinted lens, you can take it apart in a matter of seconds and have it back together just as fast. The only downfall is the $100 price tag, but well worth it in my humble opinion. My second choice would be the Vforce Grill.

Re: I need some input.... I have the Grills and love the feel and look of it.It dose leave the jaw and forehead exposed but not that much.I also have a profiler,a little heavier but it has a good field of view and it dose cover the forehead and jaw allot better. The Events are nice as well, but i have to say the best way to tell is to try them on and see what you like the most and see what feels better for you.The grills and the Events are about the same price ,around $100 the Profilers are a little cheaper at around $80.But if you think about it what are your eyes worth?

Re: I need some input.... My local paintball store is really an army surplus store and she doesn't sell anything other than tippmann masks and Vents... The next closest place that sells paintball stuff is like 3 hours away... I ruled the E-Vents out mostly because of the fact that they left a huge amount of forehead exposed from what I've noticed.... Plus I'm trying to do away with having a mask that I've got to paint....

Re: I need some input.... That makes it kinda tough,I had to try on 3 different types of masks to find the one that fit my face right.which ended up being the Grills.Another suggestion is to see if any friends that play will let you try on their's.Just a thought.

| Re: I need some input.... I have tried on many masks and I always end up coming back to the classic... JT Spectra! It just covers the right amount and gives me both room for my glasses and my beard does not rub up against the mask like it does on the newer form fitting masks. So like I always say... If it ain't broke, don't fix it. ![]()
