Predator Mask

howdy all, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or any thoughts on how to go about making predator dreadlocks for a mask, preferably not attached to the mask itself. I have seen it somewhere in this forum, but I can't seem to find it, so I am posing this question again. I need something to help me stand out on the field to allow my comrades to easily pick me out and know its me (we have a big team, and I don't wear the same uniform as the rest). Any and all ideas would be helpful.

Ideas so far:
Rope
Twin
Rubber Tubing

But how and to what to secure it?

As usual, thanks gents ahead of time!

Re: Predator Mask

Try the following:

1. Cutting up an inner tube 1/4" in diameter and bundling into dread locks
2. Try using leather shoe laces and bundling
3. Get a crappy leather jacket from goodwill and cut and bundle leather strips
4. Cut and dye burlap strips, bundle and twist them, then band them with copper wire, or something like that.

Re: Predator Mask

I foresee copper wire scratching the heck out of you, when running around in the woods. Ouch.

Re: Predator Mask

haha, no not the entire thing out of copper wire, just the bands around the dreads for that industrial effect...

Try checking out youtube for closeups of homade and professional masks.
