Re: new mask

Holy C*** Beserker! I wish I had that many lenses for my Grill! If you are looking at saving money - let me tell you what I did...I ended up getting 2 cheaper masks before I ended up paying a bit more for a higher end mask...in the end it would have been cheaper to spend a little more for a higher end mask then save a few pennies dealing with bad comfort, foggy lenses, and hard to clean masks......just my 2 cents!

Re: new mask

the old saying is dead on.."You get what you pay for".
I can't put a price on my comfort,if I'm comfortable,I have a great day,simple as that,so yeah,I invested a bit and now I'm good for a very long time.
also a little advice for you all,Use Water and only water on your lenses and if possible, let it air-dry.I've had the best results this way so far.

Re: new mask

It looks like you are on your way to a decision, but I will add that I use a JT Spectra mask with thermal lens and fan and LOVE it. It fits my head nicely, seldom ever fogs (and if it starts 15-30 seconds from the fan clears it up for the rest of the game), fits well over my glasses, and is a pretty durable and extremely reliable mask.

Another benefit of the Spectra is that it offers better forehead protection than a good many of the newer "sleek profile" masks. One of the most heard comments from customers of mine is that they love their mask but they need something to protect them from forehead shots.

I would say for the bang for the buck the JT Spectra is the best mask on the market. I will agree that in most cases (as other folks have said) you get what you pay for... but with the Spectra you get WAY more than you pay for. I feel it is a greatly overlooked mask for players who seem to want the "latest and greatest" mask with what they perceive as bells and whistles and "modern" styling.

Re: new mask

I totally agree with Sam on this one. The JT mask is by far, the best bang for your buck. There are lots cooler out there, but none better.

After my HORRIBLE experience with my Enforcer of Nvader or something dumb like that, I sort of despise JT products. Until I see a good mask made by them first hand, I'm not too fond of them.

Then I suggest you get some first hand experience with the JT Spectra.

I don't own junk, nor would I promote junk.

I wear glasses, and have a beard. I tried many other "high end" masks over the years and always went back to my JT Spectra. I love the extra room it provides me as well as the quality construction and reliability.

Now not all players will want the Spectra, for different reasons, but none being poor quality and unreliability.

I think I'll stick with my profiler for now

And if your profiler is working for you, you SHOULD stick with it.
