You know... It really depends on the terrain. I play in heavily wooded areas mostly so the Optic yellow lens works great for me, brightening everything up. It makes shadows easier to pick up.

If I am in a sunny open area, I use a mirrored lens.

And in the winter I use a clear lens so as to better distinguish color, becuase it's hard enough to find color in the winter.

Not so much. I used one for years with no problem. I switched back to the clear a few months ago because I was having compatibility issues with my glasses. Of course, I'm a big proponent of mobility and concealment as camoflauge, versus packing myself into a ghillie suit. I've never had anyone tell me they picked me out by my lens.

I voted Amber/Yellow because I picked one up for my Profiler this weekend when i was out at an event. one of my squadmates bought one and I tried his mask on it and it helped brighten things up quick a bit. If it was really sunny outside, I'd switch back to clear.

With the amber ones, is it all you see is just yellow? i mean wouldn't that get really annoying after a while?

Just picked up an amber lense and I love it. The thing is awesome.

You get passed the yellow color quickly. It helps bring out colors and movements and is very good for cloudy or just non-bright days.

I have amber lenses in both my morph and my proto-they make even the slightest movements stand out in any enviroment--except for night play when I switch to clear.

I love my amber lenses. It really helps in lower light, but not in darkness. It shows plenty of color, or at least enough to distinguish between red and yellow.

Getting an amber for my profiler. I wear amber driving sunglasses and they really serve to bring out greens and reds.
