I got my helmet for $20 (including shipping) off of ebay... I figured for $20, if I dont like it, no real harm done. Surf Ebay and keep your eyes peeled for a deal.
Keep in mind the fit depends on the mask...my Nvader doesnt seem to fit as well as my Vforce (i think its an old Armor) but the Nvader isnt as rigid or wide. I'm shopping around for a newer mask that will fit well with my helmet.

I have a Canadian Armed Forces Kevlar helmet, an american kevlar helmeat, an old steelpot vietnam era helmet and dosens of assorted cover. (all real thing no repros) However I do not wear them for paintball or know anyone who does. They are simily collectibles for me.

I've had buddies wear helmets. After about an hour's worth of play, they take 'em off. Plus, you're giving your opponents another hard surface to break paint on.

As for loadout, I've owned vests, harnesses, etc... for me, lighter is better. Still have my A-5 but I also have about 7 other markers that I like to use, a few of which are nice, light and small. Makes running around easier. And I don't go with my full cammies either. I just throw on my blue hawaiian shirt, my Converse tac boots and an old pair of camo pants and I'm good to go.

the eye tactical is sick looking that for sure, whats the cost of one of those?

i just bought on ebay the vforce grill goggle but hasnt arrived yet. that will be my primary goggle, i still need to buy a vest with pod and tank pouches, and some camo. i'd like to pick one of those up at some point.

the eye tac looks like it be very hot on a summer day, with that neck cover that tucks into a shirt, then the helmet that has no holes and the mask looks like a vforce

I'm one of those guys that wore a helmet for an hour on a hot summer day. It's great for protection, but not comfort. Still bring it out once and awhile, but only for show.


I've only ever known you to wear your CADPAT camos, and matching vest!
