I have heard the same things about RAP4 so I have never bought anything directly from their company but I have their Tac Ten vest and I love it. I haven't talk to anyone who has one of their vests and didn't like the style and quality. I saw a pole once that ranked the Tac Ten line of vests #2 right behind the specops line.
