| PT Times / Workouts Ok after talking about it with other members i decided to make another thread focusing on the times and types of workouts that we're doing. Guess i'll start.. Last workout: Ran 1 mile in 11:25 - I'm catching you FRED! 25 Bicep curls @ 55 lbs. 25 reps on the rowing machine @ 55 lbs. 40 reps on the ab crunch @ 20 lbs. That's all i remember for sure, but at any rate, feel free to post up your workouts and times. This will give others ideas for different workouts and also some friendly competition ![]()

| Re: PT Times / Workouts I just re-tested on a bunch of stuff a few weeks ago: Mile: 7:45 Pro Agililty test: 4.77 10 yd Dash: 1.75 40yd Dash: 5.45 Dead Lift: 220 Right now I'm transitioning from one program to another so I'll have to see what I can do on that program but when I was on it last year I maxed at 400lbs leg pressing (pretty dang good considering I weighed in at 97). |

| Re: PT Times / Workouts Your a PT beast Ghost. That seriously gotta be maxed out. Nice Job, I forget your MOS but that alone with good marksmanship is either Expert Infantry badge, or Excellence in Armor award. Keep kickin arse Bro.

| Re: PT Times / Workouts Ok just got back from the gym and this time i really payed attention to what i did and my times. here goes before i forget: Ran 1 mile: 10:27 (YEA BABY! You're done Fred!) 2 x 25 x 50lbs on Bicep Curl 2 x 25 x 70lbs on Hip Abduction (In) 2 x 20 x 70lbs on Hip Abduction (Out) 2 x 15 x 55lbs on Butterfly Press 1 x 15 Ab Crunch Press (DAMN that hurts!) 2 x 10 x 50lbs on Dual Arm Rowing Machine Biked 1 mile: forget the time already, lol. Anyway, it may not seem like much to some people (GHOST!), but this is such an vast improvement for someone who's never seriously worked out before. This Friday will be the end of my first month of PT!

| Re: PT Times / Workouts "Anyway, it may not seem like much to some people (GHOST!)" Ha, na dude it's not like it came natural or something. I spent 4 months in Arizona at 5500 feet above sea level running anywhere from 15-30 miles a week. That's good, the times will only go down if you continue to do it.
