| upper body baby! So so so for my upper body I like to do the bench. Its my favorite out all of the lifts. So a good way to gain some strength is to do what I call a 5 4 3 2 1 1 1. That is how many times you lift it. So if you start off at 135 you do that 5 times then add like 5 pounds after each set of 2.5. the 1 1 1 with be your max so when you get to 1 and your at like 175 and you do it well go up 2.5 pounds on each side then do it again. When I did it I started at 145 5 times and I got to 190 as my max now. after your lifts you can drink a shake if you like to open up.
