Re: Energy Drinks?

XS Energy drinks all the way.

I used to be a Monster fanatic, but found these drinks and I wouldn't dream of going back.

A much healthier alternative, no sugar so its not a "sugar high", mostly B vitamins and adaptogenic herbs, so no crash. Keeps you stable, IMO, for longer and when it has worked its course through your body you don't feel like an alcoholic going through withdrawal (I know that feeling).

Re: Energy Drinks?

I know I voted nay, but I sometimes drink 5 hour energy drinks. Some say they taste bad, but I dont mind the flavor. And besides, they're so small you could hold your nose and chug 'em. Plus theres not a lot of caffeine and they dont give me the jitters

Re: Energy Drinks?

I'll sip on some energy drinks occasionally. I drink coffee more than I do energy drinks.

I try to stay away from energy drinks in general when I can. If I need a pick me up I lean towards 5 hour energy or the like. Just a bunch of B12, whatever your body doesn't need gets flushed anyways.

If you look on the side of most energy drinks now days it says limit 3 per day or something of the sort. Pretty sad when we have to be told to moderate... it's the result of college kids and etc sucking a dozen red bulls or monsters down a day. Each drinking containing 200mg+ of caffeine.

It's all about moderation... with anything.

I find that highly offensive. Type 1 and 2 diabetes is present in almost everyone of my family members, and heart attacks have been present in the past. My step grandfather is in and out of the hospital for seizures and heart attacks often.

I agree that redbull does the job, I drink my fair share. But taking it that little bit farther got rid of the respect I had for you. Theres a line you dont cross.
