Apex worth it?

Hey guys. I have a question, I have a tacamo ak47 barrel and I mostly play indoor paintball. I have never played outdoor before..and I doubt I will be playing it as much as indoor paintball...If your mostly and indoor paintball person, is the apex barrel actaully worth it?

Well, usually outdoor paintball courses have more natural bunkers, such as bushes, trees, and the such. The apex can actually help a lot cause it just curves around these obstacles. Also, when u put the apex setting to about the half-way mark, my bro says it has the same effects as a flatline, so I think it's worth it

For indoor use I would say it's not worth it. You just aren't going to have the kind of engagement ranges that make the Apex (or Flatline) worth it. Unless of course you want to try out the various "trick" shots with it. Personally I never use it for that. I'm just looking for the flatter trajectory and longer range.

The number one reason i use the Apex is because of the flatter trajectory it offers. I also like the extended range, but the accuracy suffers if you push your range out to far. If you think a flatter trajectory will help you then I say go for it, but if you comfortable with your current setup, then it's probably not worth it.
