Re: Panda86's barrel tests

Excellent setup and execution. Going to do a 100 ft. test too?

Re: Panda86's barrel tests

Great thread man. What i would like to see is a 16"+ barrel to see if what is said about them is really true.that how if it is over 14" it is less accurate.I forget the exact reason what is said about them but i know they are supposed to be less accurate.I have jj 14" but just wondering.

Re: Panda86's barrel tests

I was just looking at the Stiffi Blackcell C-series 12". Looks pretty cool and not alot of people seems to have it. I was interested in purchasing it but, was skeptical. I just came across your thread and I think I just might give it a try + you get to choose a custom barrel tip. $$

Keep the testing coming!

Nice test.

I have a J&J ceramic 14" on my A5, and your results say in pictures what I already know to be true; you can't beat that barrell!

Re: Panda86's barrel tests

Thanks guys. I'll have the bench in the same location (I marked where the legs would go) and everything else should be lined up.

I probably won't do longer distance tests because my yard isn't long enough.

I think the best test (and most scientific) would be in a warehouse or something, in a controlled environment and do it like "Mythbusters". Tests at say 50 feet and 100 would say a lot about the barrels.
