flatline for LAPCO bigshot...
ok we can officially shut this one down... I ended up just buying a bigshot & it didn't work with my handguard.

apparenty the LAPCO 8" is from tip of barrel to tip of adapter... a full 1/2" shy of my minimum requirements

I say its equal, depending on what style you like. I personally do not like the flatline, so i would want to get rid of it.

I agree I dont care for the flatline. I sold my flatline last week so I could purchase a lapco apex ready barrel. I guess it just depends on who you are.

I'm saying I have more FL barrels than I need. I just want to make sure I don't accidentally insult them somehow by offering a str8 up trade.

I'd have to say that i'd take the Bigshot over the FL, simply because I prefer the Apex to the FL. If you don't want the Apex engaged you simply set the slide switch to 0 and have your normal barrel mode.

Mind you, the FL does retail for more than the Bigshot so in trade terms, the FL is worth more. It all depends on what you want in the long run.

I dun really have much experience for the LAPCO bigshot, but from what I hear, it sounds pretty equal to a flatline. However, if i were to choose between the two, I'd pick the flatline still.
