I am assuming that Zballs are different than that of reballs. I've also heard people using .679 for reballs.

A teammate of mine has this insert. It's nothing more than a very small ID (.679, I think).

He uses it on his closed-bolt guns when we're shooting small paint, which we run into fairly often.

There's nothing unique about it other than its size.

I got the insert in and it is .670 in diameter. It makes a real tight fit on the reballs. As far as the blow through test, I think the .682 insert worked pretty well (don't have .679 to try).

I haven't shot the reballs through it yet, though. I'm still making my reball catcher at the moment.
