Anyone find the low-priced APEX situation a little weird...? I just bought the AK-47 w/APEX tip from BT and I'm waiting for it. But does anyone have any idea why they got so cheap all of a sudden?

no clue why, but maybe there is an APEX V2 coming out? thats just a guess.......

It is a bit odd. I got my APEX when they first came out and cost like $110 for just barrel and apex tip. Maybe they found a way of reducing production costs or they were not selling high volumes as they were hoping too at that high price.

maybe it's a promotion to try to get more people to use them as apposed to the flatline? (so, as silentdeath said, they weren't selling the numbers they had hoped)
