Ok I'm now ready to purchase a hammerhead kit for my A-5. In the near future I'm going to purchase a Bt Tm-7 also. So I'm thinking I want to get my kit with cocker threads and purchase a cocker barrel adapter for my a-5. So my question is will a a-5 barrel adapter affect the performance of the hammerhead in any way. I ask this because I THOUGHT I read some where it will affect it. I don't see it making any difference but I want to be sure before I drop a ton of cash on this kit.

The fins are designed to improve performance by guiding the first 2 inches of the shots path. IMO if it goes 2 inches of adapter, then into the fin, it may reduce performance., its like taking something thats already wobbly and trying to force it straight, rather then force it straight from the start.


just pick up your most used 1-2 backs in cocker threads
