so lits talk about these J&J barrels i have bin hearing about. so i hear people say some J&J barrels are better then others from J&J. no we all want the truth witch of the J&J barrels are the best?

I've used a 16" full tilt on an A5 and it works great.

Wasnt too impressed with a 14" I've used on an autococker.

I havent played with a Edge Kit yet.

I did a lot of research on the subject of barrels even before I bought my A-5 and I concluded that the JnJ ceramic or the Lapco Bigshot would be the best choices for a first barrel upgrade for the price.

I ended up going with a used bigshot so I haven't used the ceramic, but I can tell you that between these two the accuracy would depend mostly on the type of paint used.

It's already beens tated but i'll drill it into your head some more: Search button is your friend. Everyone uses it. The sooner we learn, the easier it is for everyone else. From what i've seen, almost every technical question about an A-5 has already been answered, so most of the fresh stuff in this forum is either a repeat thread, random stuff, or paitnball news.

If you go beyond 16" your just waisting gas/air. I have a J&J 14" barrel and love it to death.
