| Re: teflon barrel idea Ah great! So if impregnation is good and teflon stays there, what is the point of having a heavy and soft brass barrel ? Brass is nowhere near PTFE friction coefficient (specially when brass starts to oxydize!) |

Here is what I use: Barrel Treatment It seems to work quite well, and reduce friction. It should, in theory, reduce the amount of air needed to move the ball down the barrel. It also helps prevent gelatin buildup.

| Re: teflon barrel idea the j&j ceramic barrels already have this. its a combination of ceramic and teflon coating applied to the inside and outside of the barrel. just to let you know.
