Jeff, I have thought about getting the MKX8 myself. I got to mess with one a year or so back and the weight alone is worth getting one for if they shoot good.

You'll have to give us a review of how it shoots. FanDam has/had one... I think he liked his pretty good.

Since I live only an hour from the field I decided to drive up this morning, plus I didn't have anyone to keep an eye on my pup.

Wow what a great game people. Nice seeing everyone out there, ran into omnicool again, but properly introduced myself. And Met invictus for the first time along with w few others out there, sorry I am horrible with names. But it was a long hard fought battle, We gave the Germans the hardest time out there. I blew out my knee about halfway through the first day but still did not stop me from walking all the way from spawn to the complete opposite side of the field to sienna to help my team hold it off. But I have never seen a game with so many general kills, We overran their CP and took out their general more times then I have ever seen. I am happy to say my team won a MVT award, which was earned through blood, sweat and tears out on that field. I know I only left the field twice and that was to get air.

But enough for now, I am smelly and need to shower, plus my knee is swollen and I need to ice it. But to everyone who made it, I had a blast and hope all of you did as well

Yep I made it on time. I only live about an hour from the field. It was an excellent game despite the fact I kept being eliminated.... perhaps I need to slow down a bit. It was good meeting up with those who went, and can't wait for the game in September.

I kept looking for you on the field but never saw you unless you were walking off or I was walking off. We just kept getting mission after mission, and happy to say we accomplished every mission we received!

On a side note, I also won a certificate for $109 towards a purchase of a stiffi barrel


There was another A5OG patch I noticed at the awards ceremony, but I never got a chance to find out who you were do to the storm creeping up on us

Nice on the Stiffi. Great barrels. Use to shot one a bit on my fields DM3/4/5... Quiet, accurate, and the lightest weight!



Fonz, I hate I didnt get out to meet you this go round. But I will be on hand in September for sure.

ya I think that will be the only time i will be able to make it back this year. This trip was a pricey one, costing me $160 in gas alone
